Civil Site Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Civil Billing Engineer with a strong background in building construction projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in project billing, quantity estimation, and cost control for large-scale construction works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and verification of RA bills, final bills, and client billing
• Quantity take-off from drawings and BOQs
• Rate analysis and reconciliation of quantities
• Coordination with site engineers and project managers for accurate measurements
• Certification and submission of bills to clients/consultants
• Subcontractor billing, checking, and certification
• Maintaining billing records, MIS reports, and cost statements
• Handling variations, extra items, and claims
• Ensuring compliance with contract terms and project specifications

Requirements:

• B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Billing Engineer in building construction projects
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, measurements, contracts, and billing procedures
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic), and billing software
• Good understanding of drawings and specifications

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in government or large commercial building projects
• Familiarity with tender documents and contract conditions
