Field Sales Executive

What You’ll Do

● Drive your own field sales targets through consultative selling, product demos, and relationship building. 100% on field Job. Everyday in office preparations before scheduling DEMO ● Mentor sales representatives by coaching them on prospecting, pitching, and closing deals. ● Go on joint calls with mentees to provide live feedback and real-world guidance. ● Track performance, share strategies, and help reps sharpen their sales funnel management. ● Inspire your mentees with your energy, discipline, and success stories. ● Be the go-to person for motivation, problem-solving, and growth.

What We’re Looking For

● Minimum 1 of year relevant experience of strong B2B acquisition sales experience (Indiamart, TradeIndia, Sulekha, Just Dial, Byjus, Housing.com, Quikr preferred). ● Proven ability to consistently achieve targets in field sales. ● Passion for coaching, guiding, and uplifting others.
