Job Title: Procurement Manager (Architecture & Interior)

Job Detail:

We are looking for a proactive Procurement Manager responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating architectural and interior materials for residential and commercial projects. The role requires strong communication skills, vendor coordination, market research ability, and cost negotiation expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source suppliers for architectural and interior materials (furniture, finishes, hardware, lighting, sanitary, etc.).
• Contact vendors via email and phone to request quotations, catalogs, samples, and technical specifications.
• Prepare and send professional inquiry emails and follow-up communications.
• Compare quotations based on cost, quality, lead time, and specifications.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and bulk discounts.
• Coordinate with design and site teams to understand material requirements and timelines.
• Maintain vendor database and rate comparison sheets.
• Ensure timely procurement aligned with project schedules and budgets.

Required Skills:
