We are looking for a responsible and experienced Store Manager who can manage daily store operations and contribute to the growth of our retail business.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations smoothly and efficiently
• Achieve monthly sales targets and increase store revenue
• Handle walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers in selecting Gold, Diamond, and Silver jewellery
• Train, guide, and supervise store staff
• Maintain proper stock management and inventory control
• Ensure attractive jewellery display and visual merchandising
• Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reporting
• Maintain store cleanliness and brand presentation standards
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
• Coordinate with the owner/marketing team for promotions and marketing activities

💼 Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of retail experience (Jewellery industry preferred)
• Strong sales and customer handling skills
• Leadership and team management ability
• Basic computer knowledge (Billing software, Excel, etc.)
• Honest, responsible, and target-oriented personality
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
