Bartender

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a professional, courteous, and hygienic manner. The role includes maintaining bar stock, ensuring legal compliance, and delivering an excellent guest experience.

• Key Responsibilities🍸 Bar OperationsPrepare and serve drinks as per standard recipes and portion control
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of bar counter, equipment, and glassware
• Ensure proper bar setup before service and closing procedures after service
• 📦 Inventory & Stock ControlMaintain daily stock levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies
• Inform management about low stock or breakage immediately
• Minimize wastage and control spillage
