Construction / Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We require an ITI-qualified Building and Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities. The candidate will ensure that safety and quality standards are met. The role involves supervising workers, coordinating subcontractors, inspecting materials and interpreting technical drawings.

Core Responsibilities

1. Site Supervision & Execution

• Supervise civil, structural and finishing activities as per approved drawings and specifications.

• Ensure that work execution is in line with project timelines and quality benchmarks.

• Coordinate the purchase, receipt, and storage of construction materials.

• Ensure proper handling and operational readiness of equipment such as cranes, hoists, and tools.

• Inspect ongoing and completed work to maintain quality standards.

• Submit daily and weekly progress reports to project managers.

• Identify potential site delays, hazards, and safety risks.

• Implement immediate corrective measures to avoid project disruption.

• Distribute daily tasks to workers and subcontractors.

• Monitor worker productivity and maintain discipline on site.

2. Safety Compliance

• Enforce all health and safety regulations on site.

• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure proper use of PPE.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: ITI in Civil Draughtsman, Building Supervisor, or related construction trade, High School Diploma or equivalent (mandatory) along with ITI certification.
• Experience: Freshers with strong technical knowledge or experience in similar field
