Customer Care Executive

We are hiring a Customer Care Executive (Female) for our software company. The role involves handling customer queries over phone and providing timely support using remote desktop applications. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client issues, troubleshooting software-related problems, and ensuring smooth resolution with a professional approach. She should be comfortable communicating with clients, managing inbound and outbound calls when required, and providing product demonstrations over phone. The role also includes maintaining good relationships with customers and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn. Experience in customer support or software handling will be an added advantage.
