Data Entry Operator Cum Accountant

Position: Office Accountant

Experience Required: Minimum 1+ Year

Software: Tally Prime, MS Excel

Gender Preference: Female

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling day-to-day accounting work using Tally Prime
• Checking and reconciling bank statements
• Maintaining daily day book entries
• Recording and tracking payment reminders
• Managing purchase entries
• Updating creditors and payment records
• Preparing and maintaining billing records
• Creating Proforma Invoices and Quotations
• Using MS Excel for data entry, reports, and record maintenance
• Scanning, filing, and organizing documents (invoices, vouchers, bills, etc.)
• Maintaining systematic office records and files
• Coordinating with management for payment follow-ups

Working Hours:

• 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Friday off

Skills Required:

• Good working knowledge of Tally Prime
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience in creating Proforma Invoices & Quotations
• Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Organized, responsible, and disciplined
• Basic computer and office skills
