**Job Description:**  

**Key Responsibilities:**  

- Provide nursing care to patients in various departments, including Maternity, ICU, Emergency, and general wards.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate dosage and patient understanding.

- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.

- Coordinate with doctors and healthcare team members to assess, plan, and implement patient care plans.

- Educate patients and their families on health management and post-hospital care.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for patients.

**Qualifications:**  

- **Education**: GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery), ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery), or BSc in Nursing.

- **Experience**: Experience in a hospital setting is preferred but freshers with the required qualifications are encouraged to apply.

- **Licensure**: Valid nursing license or registration as per state requirements.

**Skills and Competencies:**  

- Strong communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

- Ability to handle stressful situations and provide efficient care under pressure.

- Knowledge of healthcare safety standards and hygiene practices.
