Job Description: Real Estate Sales ExecutiveWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational background in sales, specifically focusing on telecalling and lead conversion. This role is perfect for someone with a year of experience who is ready to take their career to the next level in the high-stakes world of real estate.


  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Telecalling: Dialing prospective clients from provided databases to introduce current projects and schedule site visits.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport with leads, understanding their property requirements, and maintaining a healthy follow-up pipeline.
  • Site Visits: Accompanying clients to project locations, explaining floor plans, amenities, and USPs of the property.
  • Sales Conversion: Pitching effectively to close deals and assisting clients through the documentation and booking process.
  • Market Research: Staying updated on local real estate trends, competitor pricing, and new project launches.


  • Candidate Profile
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in a sales role (Real Estate experience preferred, but BFSI or EdTech sales backgrounds are welcome).
  • Communication: Fluent in English and [Insert Local Language, e.g., Hindi/Marathi]. You should be able to handle objections with confidence and wit.
  • Skills: Strong persuasive skills, persistence (the "never-give-up" attitude), and basic knowledge of CRM software.
  • Mobility: Must be willing to travel for site visits and client meetings.

  • Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and interview performance).
  • Incentives: High-performance-based brokerage/incentive structure (Uncapped).
