Job Title: Sales Manager – Real Estate

TCJ Realty is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations for our residential project at Ambernath West.

This role requires strong closing ability, relationship-building skills, and a solid understanding of the local real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in clients and site visits
• Manage and follow up on company-generated leads
• Convert inquiries into bookings
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking, documentation, registration, handover, and post-possession support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers
• Travel within the Ulhasnagar–Badlapur–Ambernath–Kalyan belt for broker development and partnership building
• Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and campaign follow-ups
• Maintain daily reporting and sales pipeline tracking
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term relationship management

Requirements:

• Experience in real estate sales preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Must own a two-wheeler (petrol expenses will be reimbursed by the company)
• Willing to travel locally for broker and client meetings
• Comfortable working six days a week (Saturday and Sunday working; one weekday off)
