Telesales Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Telecalling Sales Executive responsible for converting leads into confirmed orders through outbound and inbound calls. The primary focus will be abandoned cart recovery, inbound sales conversion, and upselling.

Key Responsibilities

• Call customers who have abandoned their carts and convert them into confirmed purchases
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales
• Assist customers with product details (fabric, size, fit, embroidery, styling guidance)
• Follow up with potential customers to improve conversion rates
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products
• Maintain accurate records of calls and update CRM/Shopify notes
• Coordinate with the operations team for order confirmations and dispatch

Preferred (Add-on)

• Experience in Fashion / Ethnic Wear / E-commerce brands
• Knowledge of Shopify or D2C sales processes
• Experience in upselling and cross-selling
