Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct ECCE training sessions for preschool educators using the provided curriculum, tools, and learning materials • Deliver engaging sessions using interactive, activity-based, and participatory methods suitable for adult learners.• Facilitate discussions, demonstrations, and practical activities to help educators understand developmentallyappropriate teaching practices for children aged 3–6 years• Provide constructive feedback, mentoring, and guidance to participating educators on their teaching practices. • Monitor participation and learning progress of trainees during the training period. • Coordinate with the project team regarding training schedules, session plans, and implementation progress. • Maintain proper documentation and submit training reports and session summaries as per the requiredformat.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in preschool / early childhood settings. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or a related field preferred. • Strong understanding of early childhood development and play-based learning approaches. • Good communication and facilitation skills to engage adult learners effectively. • Ability to conduct activity-based training sessions and practical demonstrations.
