Project Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of projects across multiple departments. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budge

• Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and schedules
• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information
• Monitor project progress and track milestones and deliverables
• Communicate updates to internal teams and external stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations
• Identify potential risks or delays and escalate issues as needed
• Schedule and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and recording minutes
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
• Support budget tracking and expense reporting
