1. Strategic "Direct-to-Source" ProcurementBuild and lead a network of agents in key markets (Tharad, Nagaur, Merta). You’ll be responsible for watching NCDEX trends and daily arrivals to buy raw material at the best possible "farm-gate" prices before they hit the general market.

2. Manufacturing & "Job-Work" ManagementIdentify and manage third-party processing units (Sortex/Steam Sterilization) in Unjha and Jodhpur. You will negotiate processing rates and oversee production to ensure the raw stock is converted into finished goods with maximum yield.

3. Quality Control & Export ComplianceAct as the final gatekeeper for quality. This involves on-site testing for moisture and seed count, as well as managing strict sampling protocols to ensure all goods meet EU/US pesticide residue standards (IPM quality).

4. Logistics & Cold Chain OptimizationOwn the movement of goods from Mandi → Processor → Port. You’ll manage strategic storage in hubs like Deesa to keep the crop fresh (retaining color and aroma) while minimizing transit losses and handling costs.

5. Vendor & Farmer Relationship BuildingDevelop exclusive "buy-back" deals with farmer clusters for premium varieties. Your goal is to secure a consistent supply of high-demand items (like high-oil Jodhpur Cumin) that competitors can’t easily access.
