Reporting To: Sales Manager / Center Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to generate leads, visit potential clients, and promote company services directly in the field. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships, increasing sales, and representing the company professionally.

• Key Responsibilities:Visit hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other potential clients to promote company services.
• Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure regular follow-ups.
• Conduct market surveys to identify new business opportunities and competitors’ activities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily field activities to the management.
• Collect client feedback and share it with the team for service improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery after sales.
• Eligibility Criteria:Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Experience in field sales, healthcare sales, or marketing is an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to travel can also apply.
• Skills Required:Good communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.
• Basic knowledge of local areas and routes.
• Other Requirements:Must be comfortable with field work and daily travel.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
