Job Title: Junior Field Technician (CCTV & Network Support)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Field Technician responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems and network devices. The candidate will support on-site technical operations and ensure systems function efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure CCTV cameras related equipment
• Perform installation and basic configuration of network switches and cabling
• Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of CCTV and networking systems
• Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues on-site
• Assist in testing and commissioning of new installations
• Provide basic technical support to clients and end users
• Maintain records of installations, service reports, and maintenance activities
• Ensure adherence to safety and company procedures during field work

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and networking (IP cameras, switches, cabling)
• Diploma/ITI or relevant technical qualification
• Willingness to travel for fieldwork
• Basic troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with IP addressing and network setup
• Experience with tools and equipment used in installations
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Experience:

• Fresher or 0–2 years of relevant experience
