Job Role : Production Supervisor

Work Location : Periyapallayam

Education : ITI,Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. (Mechanical/Automotive/Production) only

Experience : Experience candidate in the Sheet metal Production Min 1 year & max 3 years

Industry : Sheet metal & Welding Component Manufacturing Industry.

Responsibilities : 

1.Supervise day-to-day production operations and ensure targets are met.

2.Allocate manpower, plan shift activities, and monitor workflow.

3.Ensure production processes follow quality standards and safety guidelines.

4.Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, and other departments for smooth operations.

5.Monitor machine performance and escalate issues when required.

6.Maintain production records, daily reports, and documentation.

7.Train operators and workers on SOPs, safety norms, and process improvements.

8.Implement 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.

9.Reduce rejections, improve line efficiency, and control wastage.

10.Ensure timely completion of production schedules and dispatch requirements.

Other Requirement : 

1. Aggressive Attitude; 

2. Willing to stay near the plant location.

3. Medically fitness mandatory

4. Work Discipline (Safety; Quality);

5. Communication on daily work management to Client SPOC person/ Project Leader

Monthly CTC : 22000/- Rs

In Hand Salary : 17000/-Rs 

Food : Available. 

Transport : Available.

Working Days : 6

Working Hours : 8 Hrs (Excluding Breaks)

Shift : Rotational Shift

Weekly Off : Sunday

Attendance bonus: For 100% attendance you will get 1000/- Rs attendance bonus every month.
