Production Supervisor

Responsibilities : 

1.Supervise day-to-day production operations and ensure targets are met.

2.Allocate manpower, plan shift activities, and monitor workflow.

3.Ensure production processes follow quality standards and safety guidelines.

4.Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores, and other departments for smooth operations.

5.Monitor machine performance and escalate issues when required.

6.Maintain production records, daily reports, and documentation.

7.Train operators and workers on SOPs, safety norms, and process improvements.

8.Implement 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.

9.Reduce rejections, improve line efficiency, and control wastage.

10.Ensure timely completion of production schedules and dispatch requirements.
