Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Real Estate

Job Description: We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential buyers, conducting site visits, and closing property sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, fieldwork, and a strong understanding of the real estate market.

• Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach prospective clients through field visits, referrals, and follow-ups
• Conduct site visits, explain project details, pricing, and location advantages to clients
• Maintain relationships with leads and clients to increase conversion rates
• Coordinate with the sales team and developers for project updates and documentation
• Meet monthly sales targets and report progress regularly to the manager
• Attend property exhibitions, roadshows, and other promotional events
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties accordingly
• Maintain records of interactions, leads, and follow-ups in CRM tools
