Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Streamline office systems, manage daily administrative tasks, and oversee facility maintenance.
- Staff Supervision: Hire, train, delegate to, and evaluate administrative staff (receptionists, clerks).
- Budgeting & Procurement: Monitor office spending, process expense reports, and procure office supplies.
- Policy Implementation: Develop and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Scheduling & Logistics: Plan meetings, events, travel arrangements, and internal communications.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized, up-to-date, secure, and accurate company records.
