Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Makarpura, Vadodara (Work from Office)


About the Role

Hariom Electronics – LOADPIN, a reputed name in load cell manufacturing and industrial instrumentation, is looking for an energetic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to support inside sales operations and client communication.

This position is open only for female candidates who are confident, organized, and willing to take initiative.


Key Responsibilities

  • Tele Calls / Field Visits (Both)
  • Manage warm inquiries and leads provided by the company to generate revenue from new clients.
  • Maintain customer interaction records in Tally (basic), Excel, and proper documentation format.
  • Handle responding to calls and email inquiries in English and Hindi, with accurate communication and follow-up.
  • Work with B2B portals such as IndiaMART and TradeIndia to manage product listings and client queries.
  • Assist in record keeping, quotation preparation, and coordination with accounts team for billing and payments.
  • Participate in or support industrial exhibitions, promotional activities, and seminars as required (occasionally, not frequent).
  • Further as assigned by Management.


Requirements

  • Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written); knowledge of Punjabi, Marathi, or other regional languages will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Tally (basic level), MS Excel, and B2B platforms like IndiaMART and TradeIndia.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and customer follow-up skills.
  • Positive attitude, self-driven, and able to meet sales goals through professional communication.


Compensation & Work Details

  • Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on Skill / Experience).
  • Incentive: Commission on each new-client sale Turnover + Annual Performance Bonus.
  • Work Timing: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (8 working hours including 30 min lunch + 10 min tea break).
  • Job Type: Full-time, On-site (Vadodara).
