Job Title: Field Sales Executive/Business Development Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our products/services by visiting clients in assigned territories. The ideal candidate will build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and consistently achieve sales targets through face-to-face interactions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and networking
• Meet prospective and existing customers to present products/services
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback
• Prepare sales reports, daily visit reports, and forecasts
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and after-sales support
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
