Collections Executive

Job Role

• Follow up with customers for pending payments (calls / email)
• Maintain records of outstanding payments and updates
• Coordinate with accounts and sales team for payment status
• Ensure timely collection and reduce outstanding
• Handle customer queries related to payments
• Maintain daily follow-up and reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Daily calling for payment follow-ups
• Tracking receivables and ageing
• Maintaining proper records and updates
• Escalating delays or issues

Who Can Apply

• 1–3 years experience in collection / accounts receivable / calling
• Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Gujarati)
• Strong follow-up habit (very important)
• Basic Excel knowledge
