Job Description:

Apni Things is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to handle customer communication and order management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for confirming customer orders, coordinating order status, and ensuring a smooth experience from order placement to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Confirm customer orders via call, WhatsApp, or other communication channels
• Manage and track daily orders from confirmation to dispatch
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery timelines
• Update customers about order status, delays, or changes
• Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
• Ensure timely responses and a positive customer experience

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi required, English preferred)
• Basic knowledge of order management and customer handling
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Comfortable using mobile apps, WhatsApp, and basic computer tools
• Prior experience in customer service or order management is a plus
