Open Position: Customer Support Representative

Job Role: As a Customer Support Representative, you will manage all customer interactions across various channels, providing accurate and complete information to customers using the right tools and methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide superior Customer Experience through Call/Chat.
• Offer accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and customer service teams to ensure a superior customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

• Basic and Good communication skills are required.
• 12th pass /Graduates can apply.
• Rotational 9 hour shifts
• 6 days working, 1 week off.
• Salary: (per month) 15k to 21k ctc
