Hotel Management Trainer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Hotel Management Trainer to join our Hotel Management and Aviation Academy. The ideal candidate will train and mentor students in various aspects of hotel operations, hospitality management, customer service, and soft skills, preparing them for successful careers in the hospitality and aviation industries.

• Key Responsibilities :Conduct interactive theory and practical sessions on various hotel management subjects such as:

• Front Office Operations
• Housekeeping Management
• Food & Beverage Service
• Food Production (Basic Culinary Skills)
• Hospitality Communication & Customer Service
• Design and deliver engaging lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
• Mentor and guide students on personality development, grooming, and workplace etiquette.
• Organize industrial visits, workshops, and guest lectures to enhance real-world exposure.
• Evaluate student performance through regular tests, projects, and practical evaluations.
• Stay updated with the latest hospitality trends, technology, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with other trainers and management to maintain high academic quality and discipline.
• Assist in placement preparation and coordination with hotel and airline industry partners.
• Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Prior teaching/training experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with good grooming standards.

• Skills Required :In-depth knowledge of hotel and hospitality operations.
• Excellent command over spoken and written English.
• Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.
• Ability to connect with young learners and inspire professionalism.
