Job Title: HR Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the overall HR strategy. The role involves handling recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance management, employee engagement, and maintaining HR records. The HR Executive will also ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws while acting as a point of contact for employee queries.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).

Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll data.

Assist in drafting HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Handle employee grievances and support engagement initiatives.

Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

1–3 years of HR experience (preferred).

Good knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and recruitment practices.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
