HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for BPO processes.
• Work on bulk and niche hiring requirements within defined timelines.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus drives, and networking.
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess communication, technical, and process-specific skills.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and process heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Manage and update the candidate database / Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Maintain recruitment MIS and reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Organize and participate in walk-in drives, job fairs, and campus hiring initiatives.
• Ensure offer rollouts, pre-joining formalities, and smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
• Support employer branding and help build a positive candidate experience.

Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in BPO recruitment (frontline and support roles).

• Experience in mass hiring, walk-in drives, and campus recruitment preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Number of positions closed within SLA.

• Quality of hires and retention during the probation period.
• Candidate and hiring manager satisfaction.
• Timeliness and accuracy of recruitment MIS.

Work Schedule: Morning 9:30am to Evening 7pm.
