Interior Designer

Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Interior Designer who can manage design + pre-sales + client acquisition. The candidate should be confident in handling leads, doing telecalling, fixing meetings, and converting prospects into clients along with executing design projects.

• Key Responsibilities:Pre-Sales, Telecalling & Client Acquisition:Handle incoming and outbound leads through telecalling & follow-ups
• Connect with potential clients and explain services professionally
• Fix and align client meetings/site visits for new inquiries
• Maintain lead database and follow-up schedule
• Convert inquiries into confirmed projects through effective pitching
• Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation & campaigns
• Client Interaction & Design Consultation:Attend client meetings and understand requirements, budget, and preferences
• Create mood boards, concept designs, and presentations
• Present design ideas confidently and close deals
• Design & Execution:Develop 2D layouts, 3D designs, and working drawings
• Prepare BOQs and detailed specifications
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams
• Conduct site visits and ensure smooth execution
• Monitor timelines, quality, and project delivery
• Required Skills:Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray / Lumion / 3ds Max
• Strong communication & convincing skills (important for sales role)
• Comfortable with telecalling and client follow-ups
• Good understanding of materials, execution, and costing
• Ability to multitask between sales and design
• Qualifications:Degree/Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture
• Experience in client handling, pre-sales, or sales will be an added advantage
• Preferred Qualities:Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Confident personality with good presentation skills
• Strong follow-up mindset
