🎓 Qualification: GNM or related field

🕒 Experience: Relevant experience preferred

We are hiring a Female Nurse for our reputed client company.

💼 Roles & Responsibilities:

• Periodical medical check-up coordination, execution and follow-up for employee consultations and maintain records

• Ensure legal compliance and reporting related to medical records

• Conduct employee health awareness programs, training and education sessions

• Ensure medical emergency preparedness at site

• Conduct periodic health surveys/studies as instructed by management

• Guide and maintain workplace hygiene, including canteen inspection and reporting

• Ensure upkeep of medical equipment and First Aid Boxes

• Maintain proper data and records in software

• Maintain medical room cleanliness and hygiene

• Maintain medical records of company and contract employees

• Maintain OPD register entries and software records

• Maintain legal forms such as Form 32, Form 33, etc.

• Maintain checklist of medical equipment, first aid boxes, and ambulance

• Maintain stock records, expiry and recovery of medicines

• Maintain biomedical waste disposal records

• Check hygiene of canteen and canteen workers periodically

• Participate in health awareness programs, TBT, and training sessions

• Measure medical parameters such as SPO₂, Meth Hb, G6PD, etc. as instructed
