Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our machinery rental business. The role involves managing existing client relationships, setting up and mobilizing machinery at new sites, supervising machine operators, and ensuring smooth operational performance across all active locations.
The Operations Manager will also be responsible for resolving operational challenges, arranging replacement operators when required, and coordinating maintenance and service activities to ensure minimal downtime of machinery.
