Job Description
- દર્દીનો દૈનિક ખ્યાલ રાખવો (સ્નાન, કપડાં બદલવા, શૌચક્રિયા વગેરેમાં મદદ)
- દર્દીને યોગ્ય સમયે દવા આપવી
- ભોજન આપવો અને જરૂરીયાત મુજબ ફીડિંગમાં સહાય કરવી
- વાઇટલ્સ ચકાસવી (તાપમાન, બ્લડપ્રેશર, શ્વાસ દર વગેરે)
- ડૉક્ટરનાં નિર્દેશ મુજબ સારવારમાં સહયોગ આપવો
- દર્દીનું ઓરદ સાફ રાખવું અને હાઇજિન જાળવવું
- વોકિંગ અથવા બેડ ઉપર પોઝીશન બદલવામાં મદદ કરવી
- ઈમરજન્સી સ્થિતિમાં તાત્કાલિક પરિવાર કે હેલ્થકેર ટીમને જાણ કરવી
- દર્દી સાથે માનસિક સપોર્ટ અને સહાનુભૂતિપૂર્વક વર્તવું
- રોજિંદી પ્રવૃત્તિઓનો રેકોર્ડ રાખવો
