Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Baroda (Vadodara), Gujarat

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Baroda. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales and marketing, preferably from the manufacturing or production industry, and be capable of driving business growth through effective client acquisition and relationship management.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in the manufacturing and industrial sector.
• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, references, and online platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Present company products/services to potential customers and negotiate deals.
• Prepare and share sales proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and internal teams for smooth order execution.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly.
• Requirements & Qualifications:Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Preferred background in manufacturing/production industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and field work.
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
• Graduate or Diploma in any discipline
