Job Description

he Sales Head will oversee all sales operations, drive strategic growth, and lead a team of Project Sales Executives to secure high-value contracts in commercial, residential, and public sector projects. Manage both projects team and channel sales team.

Develop and execute a national sales strategy to achieve targets for the year, focusing on corporates, real estate, government & channel sales.  


Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Project Sales Executives in Mumbai, Bangalore, and New Delhi, setting clear KPIs

Personally pitch and close key accounts 

Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, procurement heads, and government officials.  

Collaborate with the Marketing Head to align campaigns, pitch decks, and case studies with sales goals.  

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine Sensinova’s offerings.  

Represent Sensinova at industry events to enhance brand visibility.  

12-15 years of B2B or Projects sales experience in lighting, electricals, smart solutions, or building materials 


Proven track record of closing big deals and managing sales teams.  


Strong network in real estate, corporate, or government sectors.  


Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.  


Familiarity with green building norms (IGBC, LEED) and government tenders.  


MBA or equivalent preferred, but not mandatory.  


Willingness to travel across India (30-50% of time).  


Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages (e.g., Kannada, Marathi) a plus.
