Job Description – Social Media Specialist & Telecalling Coordinator

About Us

Dream Maker Architects is a design-focused firm specializing in residential, commercial, and office interiors. We are looking for a proactive Social Media Specialist who can manage our online presence and also assist in telecalling to coordinate sales inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and post content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Respond to messages, comments, and client inquiries online.
• Make telecalling to leads and potential clients.
• Coordinate with the sales and design team for appointments and follow-ups.
• Maintain records of leads, calls, and client responses.
• Assist in basic marketing and promotional activities.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and posting tools.
• Good communication and telecalling skills.
• Basic computer and smartphone handling skills.
• Organized, proactive, and confident personality.
• Ability to coordinate with team members and clients.

Experience

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience can apply.
