Social Media Specialist

Manage and maintain social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.)

Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, captions, hashtags)

Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars

Monitor comments, messages, and engage with followers professionally

Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (if required)

Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports (reach, engagement, leads)

Stay updated with latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms

Coordinate with design, marketing, and sales teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role

Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools

Excellent communication and content writing skills

Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop preferred)

Understanding of social media analytics and insights

Creativity with attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with paid ads (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)

Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing basics

Experience in brand building or lead generation

Relevant certification in social media or digital marketing
