🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and result-driven Telecaller to join our marketing team. Your main job will be to connect with potential customers, explain our spiritual and healing products, and convert inquiries into sales.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Call potential leads/customers to explain our products.
•  
• Pitch products like crystals, Vastu remedies, and spiritual accessories.
•  
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain call records.
•  
• Convert leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, website, and marketplaces.
•  
• Handle customer queries and guide them with product recommendations.
•  
• Coordinate with the e-commerce and logistics teams when needed.

✅ Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of telecalling or telesales experience. (Freshers with great communication can apply)

• Fluent in English and Hindi.
•  
• Knowledge of spiritual/crystal products is a plus.
•  
• Confident, polite, and convincing speaking tone.
•  
• Basic computer/WhatsApp/CRM usage.
