Job Description

Key Responsibilities for Resume:

  • Outbound/Inbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospects to promote products/services and handle incoming inquiries to drive sales.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and qualify leads, nurturing them to close sales deals through effective negotiation.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date records of customer interactions, conversations, and data in the CRM system.
  • Script Adaptation: Follow established, company-defined scripts while adapting to customer responses to maintain a professional, persuasive conversation.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including call volume and sales targets.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve customer queries, complaints, and provide solutions to maintain high satisfaction levels.
