• Explaining company services and products
• Maintaining daily call records
• Submitting daily progress reports
• Counseling students about studying abroad, following up with them, responding to their questions, and managing registrations are all part of the process.
• Providing counsel and information regarding visa application process to the applicants.
• Understanding the requirements of the different visa categories.
• Organizing and managing relevant documents and paperwork.
• Answering any queries and providing support for visa-related matters.
• Performing administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
• Candidate should have Good Communication In English; Interpersonal Skills; MS Office/Basic of Computer operating skills
