Job Title: Finance & Accounting Executive (with Microsoft Business Central Training)

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated individual with a background in finance and accounting who will manage invoices, expenses, and billing for our organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow beyond traditional finance responsibilities by learning Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and transitioning into a Functional Consultant role over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day finance operations including:
• Invoice processing
• Expense tracking
• Billing and reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial workflows.
• Participate in training for Microsoft Business Central and assist in system implementation.
• Support functional consulting activities such as:
• Gathering business requirements
• Testing and validating system configurations
• Providing user support and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with financial software.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and willingness to learn new technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ERP systems (any exposure to Microsoft Dynamics is a plus).
• Ability to adapt to hybrid roles combining finance and technology.
