Account Manager

An Accounts Manager is responsible for managing the organization’s financial records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. The role includes overseeing daily accounting operations such as bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management. The Accounts Manager prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, and supports management in financial decision-making. They ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, income tax, PF, ESIC, and other regulatory filings. Coordination with auditors, bankers, and tax consultants is a key responsibility. The Accounts Manager also supervises the accounts team, assigns tasks, and reviews work to maintain financial discipline. Additionally, the role involves monitoring expenses, controlling costs, and improving internal controls and accounting processes. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software are essential to effectively support the company’s financial health and growth.
