 Job Responsibilities

• Preparing invoices on:
• SDMS Invoice Software (IOCL billing system)
• Miracle Invoice Software (Company billing system)
• Sending quotations to companies via email
• Payment follow-ups through calls and emails
• Maintaining billing and accounting records
• Assisting in basic accounting tasks
• Coordinating with customers and internal team

 Eligibility Criteria

• B.Com Graduate (Preferred)
• Basic knowledge of Accounts & GST
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email drafting)
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
• Freshers can apply (Training will be provided)

 Salary & Growth

• Starting Salary: ₹12,000 per month
• Salary increment based on performance & qualification
