Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, quotation generation, stock maintenance, and tracking financial records. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting software, possess strong organizational skills, and be capable of working independently with accuracy.

• Key Responsibilities : Prepare and issue invoices and quotations for customers as per company pricing and tax norms.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and purchase transactions.
• Monitor and manage stock levels of machines, spares, and consumables.
• Record and reconcile all expenses, incomes, and bank transactions.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit/loss and stock summary.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for timely billing and delivery updates.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances (if applicable).
• Maintain customer and vendor ledgers and follow up on payments.
• Assist in preparation of budget forecasts and audits.
• Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven work experience in accounting or a similar role (1–3 years preferred).
• Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, Excel, or other accounting tools.
• Knowledge of GST and invoice formats.
• Basic understanding of inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Preferred Skills: Experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or trading company.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
