Job Description
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in accounting software (Tally/ERP).
Record purchase, sales, payment, and receipt vouchers.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
Assist in GST data preparation, filing support, and compliance documentation.
Prepare invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
Maintain and verify expense records and petty cash.
Assist in monthly closing activities and MIS reports.
Support in accounts payable and accounts receivable tracking.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and clarifications.
