Accountant/ Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support the organization’s financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts (Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Journal entries)
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
• Handle TDS calculation and filing
• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
• Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account)
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Assist in income tax return filing
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST, and Income Tax laws
• Handle audit requirements and coordinate with auditors
• Maintain proper documentation and records
• Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis
