Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts including vouchers, bills, receipts, and payments
• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / ERP
• Prepare sales & purchase entries, journal entries, and bank entries
• Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
• Manage accounts payable & receivable
• Assist in GST compliance – GST returns, reconciliation & filings
• Support TDS calculation, deduction, and filing
• Maintain records for statutory compliances
• Coordinate with auditors during internal & statutory audits
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial summaries
• Ensure timely invoice processing and payment follow-ups
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Knowledge of Tally ERP / Accounting Software
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred)
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
