Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• GST Compliance: Handling end-to-end GST processes, including monthly reconciliations (GSTR-2A/2B vs. Purchase Register), filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, and ensuring timely payment of taxes.
• e-TDS Management: Computing TDS on various payments, ensuring accurate deduction as per applicable rates, timely deposit of challans, and filing of quarterly e-TDS returns (Form 24Q (Form 138), 26Q (Form 140).
• Core Accounting: Maintaining day-to-day books of accounts, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries and finalization of accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Knowledge: Strong command over GST laws, Income Tax provisions (TDS/TCS), and Tally Prime or similar accounting software.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in taxation and core accounting roles.
• Education: M.Com - Accounts or Taxation, or PG Diploma in Taxation (as per selected criteria).

Skills : Knowledge and experience in Tally Prime, Excel, Genius/ Spectrum, Suvit or similar software .
