Accounts Executive

• We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive responsible for GST compliance, E-TDS return filing, and day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple clients. The role requires good knowledge of Indian taxation, accounting principles, and compliance deadlines.
• Key Responsibilities
• 1. GST Compliance
• Preparation and filing of GST returns such as GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation and annual returns.
• GST reconciliation with books of accounts.
• Preparation of GST working and liability computation.
• Handling GST notices, queries and departmental communication.
• Preparation of GST data for audits and assessments.
• Knowledge of export GST compliance, LUT, and refund procedures (preferred).
• 2. E-TDS Compliance
• Preparation and filing of quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, 27Q).
• TDS calculation and reconciliation with books.
• Generation and issuance of Form 16 & Form 16A.
• Correction returns and handling TRACES portal compliance.
• Tracking TDS payment deadlines and interest/late fee calculations.
• 3. Book-Keeping & Accounting
• Maintain books of accounts in Tally / accounting software.
• Passing accounting entries, journal entries, and bank entries.
• Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
• Preparation of monthly MIS and financial summaries.
• Assist in finalization of accounts and tax audit preparation.

Experience in Chartered Accountant's firm will be an added advantage.
