Admin

Key Accountabilities

Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.

Smooth onboarding of new hires and transfer case.

Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency

Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.

Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.

Billing and Service entries in SAP

Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities.

Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)

Vehicle and Driver Management and ensuring safety, compliance, and cost-effective operations.

Event management, including celebrations and gatherings, to foster a positive work culture and employee engagement.

Vendor Management for admin activities, including enrolment, payment processes through SAP, and maintaining strong partnerships with service providers.

Preparation of Admin MIS and circulation of the same to concern.

Coordination during VIP & VVIP movements
