Admin
Key Accountabilities |
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes. |
Smooth onboarding of new hires and transfer case. |
Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency |
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations. |
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints. |
Billing and Service entries in SAP |
Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities. |
Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.) |
Vehicle and Driver Management and ensuring safety, compliance, and cost-effective operations. |
Event management, including celebrations and gatherings, to foster a positive work culture and employee engagement. |
Vendor Management for admin activities, including enrolment, payment processes through SAP, and maintaining strong partnerships with service providers. |
Preparation of Admin MIS and circulation of the same to concern. |
Coordination during VIP & VVIP movements |
